I’ve done a lot of reading and soul searching on my trip. I’ve put together a formulae for The Science of Happiness – one I am going to try my best for focus on this year.
I am convinced if people can follow this, they will have guaranteed happiness. All you have to do is add or focus on 8 key things in your life, and subtract 8 key things from your life.
